Then vote for Arthur Bowen for your next sheriff. Arthur has 20 years of combined training and experience. He has graduated from the West Virginia State Police Academy, as well as Richmond Police Academy here in Kentucky.
Arthur has had extensive training in multiple fields of law enforcement. Including Criminal Investigations, Crime Scene Investigations, Vehicle Collision Reconstruction, and Investigation, Drug Prevention, Undercover Investigation, Special Weapons, Crisis Intervention, as well as many other types of Law Enforcement training, and he is working on receiving his pilot license for helicopters, and plans on starting an aerial search and rescue service for Martin County. Arthur is dedicated in making the Martin County Sheriff's Office a much better Law Enforcement Office, which all of the citizens of Martin County will be proud of, but most of all make it a safer place to live and raise children.
"If elected as your next Sheriff, I give my solemn promise that I will do everything in my power to stop not only the drug crimes, but ALL CRIMES in Martin County. I will make sure ALL my officers receive the training they need in order to serve you better. Not like the volunteers we have now. I am talking about top training so that they will be highly qualified to serve you. There will be NO officer wearing a uniform and put on the job until he/she has received all the training required to be a professional police officer. Everyone will be welcome in my office any time."
